The holiday home consists of a Lamia Grande, a Trullo and a Lamietta; comfort and authentic charm in Puglia.
The main house – Lamia Grande: The Lamia Grande combines Mediterranean architecture with modern living comfort and is the heart of this special holiday property in Puglia. The open-plan, modern kitchen with a view of the garden is well-equipped and offers everything you need to prepare meals together. High-quality Smeg appliances, a gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher are included, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a citrus juicer, a toaster and all essential cooking utensils.
In the bright living area, the built-in sofa with comfortable cushions, a Bose speaker and the original fireplace create an inviting atmosphere. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday in Southern Italy. Please note that the fireplace may only be used during the winter months.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a practical built-in wardrobe. The private bathroom features a toilet, a washbasin and a spacious, walk-in shower. Direct access to the garden completes the living comfort of the Lamia Grande.
The traditional Trullo – Authentic living with a conical roof: The characteristic Trullo with its traditional conical roof combines the original architecture of Puglia with a bright and pleasant living atmosphere. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe and direct access to the garden.
The private bathroom is striking, featuring exposed natural stone walls that highlight the authentic character of the trullo. It is equipped with a washbasin and separate areas for the WC and the spacious, walk-in shower.
The Lamietta – A cosy retreat in the countryside: The charming Lamietta offers a comfortable sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and a practical built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC and walk-in shower.
Large glass doors lead directly out into the garden, allowing you to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Mediterranean surroundings. The Lamietta is ideal for guests seeking a quiet, private retreat during their holiday in Puglia.
All three bedrooms – in the Lamia Grande, the trullo and the Lamietta – feature air conditioning, mosquito nets and blackout curtains. This ensures a pleasant room temperature and a restful night's sleep, even on warm summer days.
An outdoor area in the olive grove: The approximately 10,000 m² plot is characterised by ancient olive trees and lush fruit trees. The covered terrace provides an inviting meeting point for shared meals and socialising. A spacious seating area and a dining table for up to eight people offer plenty of room to start the day in a relaxed manner or to spend balmy summer evenings outdoors. An external staircase leads up to the roof terrace, which delights with additional seating and expansive views over the surrounding landscape. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the tranquillity of the Apulian countryside.
A spacious outdoor kitchen with a traditional barbecue, a water connection and a large work surface, offering plenty of space for preparing Mediterranean specialities. Firewood for the barbecue is provided.
The 10 m x 4 m private pool has a depth of up to 2.20 m. Comfortable sun loungers provide space for sunbathing and relaxing. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water provides extra comfort after a swim.
