A romantic country house or as they say in Tuscany, a detached podere in the rolling countryside of the municipality of Bibbona, province of Livorno, only about 15 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast.
After a 700 m long dirt road, you reach the last 300 m of a private road. Your holiday dream awaits you there, an entrance gate with traditional Tuscan cypresses leading to the Podere. The large covered car park has 5 parking spaces. The garden is flat and nestles harmoniously around the entire country house.
In the garden, the 8 m x 4 m refreshing pool awaits you with a spacious area for sunbathing, equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and umbrellas. The large flat outdoor areas of the country house are ideal for yoga, Pilates, Thai Chi. The atmosphere is peaceful, immersing you in the soft sounds and scents of nature; an ideal place to meditate, read, write, paint, photograph and anything else that requires peace and serenity. It is a paradise to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and concentrate on true feelings and feelings.
The country house is ideal for animal lovers who never travel without their loyal four-legged friend, be it dog, cat, or even horse! The country house has a paddock with a hut, where horse lovers can stay with their animals if they want to use the property as a starting point for day rides. The Tuscany Horse Trail runs right past the nearby local road.
