La Masseria is a chic & glamorous villa with sea views, an infinity pool and five spacious en-suite suites, which harmoniously combine Mediterranean charm and modern comfort. With spacious interiors, panoramic terraces, shady patios and well-kept gardens, the Masseria offers privacy, elegance and a sophisticated setting for stays with family and friends.
With 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 people. It covers approximately 700 square meters.

outdoor areas
Between a dip in the pool, an outdoor lunch and a stroll at the small port of Savelletri, you'll enjoy the sun, nature and the sea.
A 15 m x 4 m infinity pool with gentle access (opening hours April 25 - October 31), a total of 60 square meters of sunbathing area at the pool with a depth of 1.50 m and a sun terrace.
A wonderful covered terrace in front of the kitchen/living area for outdoor dining. The villa is surrounded by a 3-hectare plot of land with century-old olive groves and 1000 square meters of English lawn. There is private parking on the property for up to 4 cars with an automatic gate. A barbecue area and an outdoor shower complement the outdoor area.

A covered portico with a dining area and lounge area which is directly connected to the outdoor areas. The spacious living area is divided into three separate seating areas, which were designed for different times of day. An internal dining area with direct access to the portico and a 40 sqm kitchen with direct access to the portico. Two double rooms, each with a separate dressing room, en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the beautiful garden. A separate area is available for working from home. Guest toilet and a spacious laundry room.

Upper floor
A fourth, panoramic living area with several floor-to-ceiling windows and small balconies, with impressive views of the sea and pool and a strong visual character. This floor is enhanced by a wrap-around terrace that encloses the entire upper floor, with an equipped outdoor dining area and several direct accesses from selected bedrooms. A double room with double orientation and French doors, equipped with a spacious dressing room and large en suite bathroom with bath and shower; direct access to the sun terrace. A double bedroom with separate dressing room, en suite bathroom with shower and private terrace overlooking the pool.
